Website scope
This website presents Terralma Estudio’s services, working principles, visual examples, and indicative commercial starting points.
Its purpose is to help begin a conversation and prepare a proposal shaped around each business.
Portfolio and demonstrations
Portfolio pieces present editorial directions, visual systems, and conceptual workflows.
Some experiences include simulated bookings, maps, planners, enquiries, or journeys to demonstrate design and development capabilities. Each live project is defined with the client’s content, tools, and operating model.
Pricing and proposals
Published prices are indicative starting points. Final scope depends on content, languages, integrations, technical complexity, operational needs, maintenance, and additional services.
A formal commercial proposal sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, investment, responsibilities, and payment conditions.
Starting a project
A project begins when both parties approve the relevant proposal in writing and the agreed initial conditions are met.
Client content and materials
Clients are responsible for holding the necessary rights to use any text, images, trademarks, testimonials, data, audiovisual materials, products, and links provided for their project.
Terralma Estudio may advise on the selection, organisation, and presentation of those materials within the agreed scope.
Platforms and integrations
Third-party services such as hosting, domains, email, bookings, calendars, payments, analytics, Maps, social platforms, and content providers are activated through client-approved accounts, permissions, and credentials.
Each provider maintains its own terms, pricing, availability, and policies.
Commercial outcomes
Design, content, and technology can improve clarity, trust, and conversion potential. Commercial outcomes also depend on offer, operations, pricing, service quality, reputation, seasonality, traffic, competition, and business decisions.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code, images, trademarks, and other materials on this website belong to Terralma Estudio or are used with permission. Reproduction, adaptation, or distribution requires prior permission unless permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms when services, tools, or commercial conditions evolve. The current version will remain available on this page.
